Delete your Supernova.io account

This page explains how to delete your Supernova.io account and data. Supernova.io is published by Itai Zeilig.

Option 1: in the game (fastest)

1. Open Supernova.io.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email itaizeilig1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Supernova.io account" and include:

• your player ID (shown in Settings → Account), or your nickname and the approximate date you last played, and
• the platform (iPhone, Android or web).

If you used Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in, send the email from that address if you can. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours. We complete requests within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• your account and login links (device ID, Apple/Google sign-in)
• your nickname
• coins, skins, XP, level, daily streak, settings and other progress
• your leaderboard entries
• your purchase entitlements (for example No Ads)

What we keep, and for how long

• Server logs (which can include IP addresses) are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Daily backups roll over after 7 days, so your data disappears from them within 7 days.
• A minimal record of in-app purchase transactions (transaction ID, product, date) may be kept for up to 7 years for refunds, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
• Crash reports, which don't include your nickname, expire after 90 days.

Deleting your account cannot be undone, and coins or items you bought are not refunded. Data collected by advertising partners is managed by them: reset your device's advertising ID and see the partner links in our Privacy Policy.
