Supernova.io Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Itai Zeilig ("we", "us"), for the game Supernova.io on iOS and Android (the "Game"). By playing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy at https://supernova.moshub.co/privacy. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

1. Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age to use online services without parental consent in your country, if higher). The Game is not directed at children under 13.
• If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, including any purchases.

2. Your account

• When you first play, we create a guest account linked to your device. If you delete the app, reset or lose your device without linking your account to Sign in with Apple (or Google sign-in, when available), you may lose your progress and purchases. We can't always recover guest accounts.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time in the Game (Settings → Account → Delete account) or at https://supernova.moshub.co/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes your coins, items and progress.

3. Nicknames and conduct

Your nickname is shown to other players. It must not:

• be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing;
• impersonate another person, a brand, or Supernova.io staff;
• contain personal information (yours or anyone else's), links or advertising.

We may change or remove a nickname that breaks these rules without notice.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or any software that interferes with the Game or gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs or glitches (please report them to itaizeilig1@gmail.com instead);
• tamper with, reverse engineer, or attack our servers or other players' connections, except where the law expressly allows it;
• create multiple accounts to farm rewards, manipulate leaderboards, or avoid a ban;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, coins or items outside the Game;
• fake or manipulate ad views or purchases (for example, requesting refunds after using purchased items in bad faith).

Enforcement. If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, we may, depending on how serious the breach is: warn you; reset your nickname; remove scores from leaderboards; remove coins or items obtained improperly; temporarily suspend; or permanently ban your account. Where permitted by law, you won't receive a refund for items in a banned account. If you think we made a mistake, write to itaizeilig1@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review it.

5. Virtual currency and items

• The Game includes coins (virtual currency) and virtual items such as skins, a starter pack and a No Ads upgrade. You can earn coins by playing and watching optional ads, or buy them.
• Coins and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use certain features of the Game. They are not your property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or anything outside the Game, sold, or transferred to another account.
• Purchased coins do not expire while your account and the Game exist. We may change the prices, availability, look or effect of virtual items for game balance, but we will not take away items you paid for, except as described in section 4 (fair play) or section 6 (refunds), or if the Game ends (section 9).
• No Ads removes the ads that appear automatically (for example, ads between rounds). Optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for a bonus stay available.
• The Game does not contain paid random rewards ("loot boxes").

6. Purchases and refunds

• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms and payment policies apply. We don't receive your payment details.
• Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. To request a refund:

• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the coins or items it delivered (or an equivalent amount), even if this makes your coin balance negative.
• If something you paid for didn't arrive, contact itaizeilig1@gmail.com with your store receipt and we will fix it. You can also use Restore purchases in the shop.
• EU/UK consumers: right of withdrawal for digital content. You agree that delivery starts immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
• Nothing in these terms limits refund or other rights you have under consumer law.

7. Ads

The Game shows ads. Some ads are optional ("rewarded") and give an in-game reward when watched to the end. Rewards are limited per day and depend on the ad network delivering an ad. We don't control the content of third-party ads. Your ad and privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Online service

• Supernova.io is an online game. It needs an internet connection and our servers. Matches may include computer-controlled players.
• We may update, change or remove features, rebalance gameplay, reset weekly leaderboards, or run maintenance. We don't guarantee the Game will always be available, error-free, or that your progress will never be lost.
• You may need to install updates to keep playing.

9. Ending the Game or your access

• You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or end your access under section 4.
• We may shut down the Game. We will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game, and stop selling coins and items when we give that notice.

10. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, music, names and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the store's rules. You may stream and share videos of your gameplay, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.

By choosing a nickname you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to show it in the Game and in leaderboards.

11. Disclaimers and liability

• The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of virtual items, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
• Consumers in the EU, UK and other countries with mandatory consumer protection: nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and you keep all your statutory rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, but if you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws.

13. Apple App Store additional terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the Game; if the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Game (product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection) or for third-party intellectual property claims; we are. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow any applicable third-party terms (for example your mobile carrier's) when using the Game.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We will post the new version at https://supernova.moshub.co/terms and tell you in the Game about significant changes before they apply. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, stop playing and you may delete your account.

15. General

• Inactive accounts. A guest account with no activity for 24 months may be deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Other services. The App Store, Google Play and our ad partners have their own terms and privacy policies, which also apply when you use them through the Game. We are not responsible for websites or services we link to but do not run.
• Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as outages of internet, hosting or app store services.
• Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in effect.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
• Transfer. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over the Game; your rights under it stay the same. You may not transfer your account.
• Entire agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game.
